Hotel is clean, staff is friendly, location is quite convenient. Room cleaning every day. Rooms are warm (there are adjustable batteries), in the room kettle, cups, tea and coffee. Staff is friendly, ready to help in any matter. Accommodation at the hotel from 15h, if there is a free room will be checked in earlier. With the payment of rooms decided on the spot (the hotel wrote off the prepayment, on the spot, at the departure, wrote off the rest. Previously on the site in reviews wrote that at the same time there was a prepayment and at the departure wrote off 100%, within 10 days promised to return the same prepayment. In our case, everything was as it should be. Come and ask in advance))))) Thank you very much for this to the staff of the hotel and separately, thank you to all those travelers who are not too lazy to leave their feedback, who share their positive and negative moments from the trip. Hotel of well-being and development.
To say that I didn't like it is the lack of personal hygiene items... (there is nothing but hand gel and shower, 3 hangers in the closet for 2 people). But since we are experienced travelers - everything was its own, even hangers)))).

Clean property with lovely staff from check in to breakfast to general service. Perfect and surprisingly spacious room with full-size bath, comfortable bed, and smoke detectors too for guests' safety.
Beds were too firm.

It's a nice room with nice beds. It's a good breakfast. Room has a great and powerful radiator and towel dryer. Very nice moment - shampoo, shower gel and L'Occitane soap. In front of the hotel there is a mini market and a fruit shop. The staff is very responsive: there was a problem with the safe - it was solved the second time, but very quickly. A cool Christmas tree on the ground floor created a Christmas mood.
There are only two (!) hangers in the quadruple room closet. In the fridge there was a sandwich, apparently, of previous guests. It was removed at our request, but we could not use the fridge all the days because of the smell. Three days before arrival, the hotel wrote off half the price. At the time of check-in, I paid the full price. More than a week after check-out, but the money written off before check-in is still not returned - this is an unpleasant moment (

Room was large and, given the location, unexpectedly clean, Bathroom was modern.
The attractive bar was never open. The reception settee seats were too deep for comfort.

Comfortable, but noisy experience
We enjoyed a spacious room with a huge bed and nice bathroom features. The noise from the street made it difficult to sleep. Enjoy the breakfast but expect some variability. Make sure to bring earplugs for a more restful night, especially if you're a light sleeper!

everything was modern, including absolutely courteous stuff on reception desk. hotel's location was fantastic, to the eurostar train station. what's more, it was so close to the main center square, the famous restaurants, and both main train stations and the grand palace.

Staying at augustin was a pleasant experience. Our classic double room was clean and spacious, with a nice bathroom and comfy bed. The location is decent, with plenty of restaurants and groceries around. We felt safe, and it was easy to walk to main sights during the day.
